About this role
Trilon Group is looking for a GIS Analyst to support its engineering projects across multiple disciplines. You'd work primarily with ArcGIS software—Pro, Online, and Enterprise—handling spatial dataset creation and maintenance, conducting analyses like site suitability and network modeling, and producing cartographic deliverables for client reports and presentations. The role also involves collaborating with project teams to understand their GIS needs, managing data repositories, and providing technical support to colleagues on GIS tools and workflows.
This position suits someone with a bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, or a related field and solid proficiency across the ArcGIS suite. You should be comfortable with GIS principles, spatial analysis, and cartography, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Python scripting, SQL database experience, and familiarity with engineering disciplines are valued additions but not required to start.
Based in Bossier City and in-office full-time, the role offers a salary range of $30,000–$42,000 and includes competitive health benefits, career development opportunities, flexible scheduling options, and an employee referral bonus. Trilon Group emphasizes a collaborative, family-friendly workplace with community service opportunities.
