About this role
DTCC's Enterprise Transformation Team is looking for a Senior Associate to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives within the CFO Organization. You'd serve as a strategic partner to the business, owning project delivery from planning through execution while navigating stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and external partners. The work centers on driving organizational and process changes—whether tied to technology, regulatory requirements, client needs, or structural shifts—and requires you to identify risks early, keep teams aligned, and ensure outcomes stay on track against budget and timeline.
This role demands someone with at least four years of project management experience and strong execution skills in a matrix environment. You'll need advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and stakeholder communication, familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira or Planview, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Project management certification is valued but not required. The position is based in Jersey City with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two remote, and comes with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a pension plan.
The fit here is someone energized by complexity and change, comfortable challenging assumptions, and skilled at building buy-in across diverse groups. If you thrive coordinating moving parts and translating strategy into measurable outcomes, this is worth exploring.
