What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist

Schedule Options
- Full Time (30-40 hours)

Qualifications
- Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent
- Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

The compensation ranges from $78,000 to $95,000 annually for part-time work, with full-time positions eligible for sign-on bonuses up to $15,000. You'll have access to strong professional development, including in-house residency and fellowship tracks, $1,500 annually for external continuing education, and a free Medbridge account. Benefits include employer-paid medical insurance options, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, 15 days of PTO, and student loan repayment assistance. The clinic uses an AI documentation scribe to reduce administrative work so you can focus on patient care.
You'll need an active or pending Tennessee PT license and a DPT, MPT, or equivalent from an accredited program. Part-time, full-time, and PRN schedules are available, giving you flexibility in how you structure your hours.
