About this role

Propel Autism is seeking RBTs to deliver one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy at their Atlanta clinic, working directly with children with autism on skill acquisition and social development. Your day will involve both structured sessions and naturalistic teaching moments—pairing with your client, facilitating peer interactions during group activities, and building engagement through play while maintaining detailed session notes. The role emphasizes the relationship between therapist and child, asking you to prioritize the client's dignity and assent throughout.

The position offers meaningful professional support that's less common in this field. You'll receive regular, in-person supervision from invested BCBAs, access to continuing education, and a clear pathway for career growth within the organization. If you're a BACB-certified RBT working toward BCBA certification, Propel will credit your supervised fieldwork hours. The company provides individualized health insurance, 21 days of paid time off annually, and three flexible full-time schedule options to accommodate those pursuing further education. A guaranteed 60% of scheduled hours adds stability to your income.

You'll need current RBT certification, a high school diploma minimum (bachelor's degree preferred), a valid driver's license with proof of insurance, and a clean background check. The standard schedule runs 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in their Atlanta clinic.
