About this role
Supporting federal operations at TeleSolv Consulting's Philadelphia office means handling the full range of administrative work that keeps a government-focused organization running. You'll manage correspondence, records, databases, and reporting systems while coordinating travel, payroll, and fleet activities for federal staff and contractors. The role requires you to work independently on detailed tasks—from maintaining compliance documentation to processing timesheets—while also serving as a key point of contact between internal teams, government personnel, and external stakeholders.
This position demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort working with multiple electronic systems simultaneously. You'll need proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern office equipment, along with the ability to research information across different databases and prepare clear written reports. A high school diploma and at least one year of secretarial or administrative experience are required; prior exposure to government procedures, payroll systems, or Department of Homeland Security operations would be valuable. The role is fully onsite in Philadelphia with no remote option, so reliable daily commuting is essential.
