Creation Kingdom is actively looking for a qualified Assistant Center Director to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a licensed center, demonstrating a solid foundation in educational practices. Additionally, prior administrative or management experience would be considered a valuable asset!

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.

About this role
Creation Kingdom is hiring an Assistant Center Director to support operations at their early learning center in Lexington. The role requires a minimum of three years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare setting, with prior administrative or management experience viewed as a plus. You'll need a high school diploma or GED, current immunizations, an employment physical, and relevant health and safety training certifications to meet state and federal requirements.
This is a full-time, in-office position with standard Monday through Friday hours—no evenings or weekends. The salary ranges from $17.75 to $20.25 per hour.
