About this role
Supporting an investment team at Artisan Partners' Denver office, this Executive Assistant role sits at the intersection of calendar management, logistics, and office operations. You'd be the organizational backbone for a Portfolio Manager and their team, handling everything from coordinating complex executive calendars and travel to managing expense reporting, IT troubleshooting, and general office administration. The position demands someone who thrives amid shifting priorities and can move seamlessly between strategic support and hands-on tasks like lunch orders and supply ordering.
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of executive-level administrative experience, strong analytical skills, and genuine proficiency in MS Office. You'll need the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, anticipate needs before they become problems, and maintain composure when plans change unexpectedly. Discretion with sensitive information and a willingness to support the team beyond standard hours are essential. A bachelor's degree is required.
This is a hybrid role in Denver with a salary range of $70,000 to $110,000, plus eligibility for discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance. It suits someone who finds satisfaction in enabling others' success through meticulous organization and resourceful problem-solving rather than individual project work.
