About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring caregivers for one-on-one client support across the Lawrence area and surrounding North Shore communities. The role offers flexibility to work close to home, with the company handling scheduling to minimize commute times. You'd start as a homemaker providing light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and companionship, then transition to personal care duties after completing BAYADA's paid training course—which includes vital sign monitoring, mobility assistance, medication support, and activities of daily living.

The position pays $22 per hour and includes paid time off, access to scholarship programs, and 24/7 clinical manager support. You'll need at least one year of verifiable work experience, ideally in healthcare, though it's not required. BAYADA emphasizes a stable, supportive environment where caregivers are valued and equipped to do their work well. This suits someone seeking flexible, community-based caregiving work with built-in training and room to develop skills.
