About this role

Supporting one of New York City's most iconic destinations, this seasonal stock role at Top of the Rock involves receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, replenishing inventory across retail spaces and pop-ups, and executing visual merchandising according to brand standards. You'll work 25 hours weekly on shifts between 7:30 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–midnight, Monday through Sunday, handling the behind-the-scenes operations that directly enable the guest experience and sales performance at this celebrated Rockefeller Center attraction.

The position calls for someone detail-oriented and reliable who can work independently while staying organized in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be comfortable lifting merchandise up to 60 lbs, standing for extended periods, and using inventory systems. Prior stockroom or retail experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma and flexible availability including weekends and holidays. A team-oriented approach and strong communication skills matter here, as you'll coordinate with leadership and support operational projects beyond core stocking duties.

This is a temporary, part-time role at $18/hour with potential for future consideration based on performance. You'll accrue paid time off at one hour per 30 hours worked and gain access to SPS's benefits offerings—though you should confirm with HR which benefits apply to roles under 30 hours weekly. If you're looking for seasonal work that provides operational retail experience at a high-profile venue, this role offers that foundation.
