About this role

Parachute is scaling rapidly across the plasma donation space, and this role sits at the nexus of that growth—overseeing a portfolio of centers generating $15mm to $40mm annually while serving as the operational and strategic bridge between center leadership and corporate. You'll own end-to-end problem solving across multiple facilities: driving process improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing for audits, managing performance metrics, and guiding center leadership development. The work demands someone equally comfortable zooming out to see the business strategically and diving into operational details to move the needle.

This is a fit for someone with regulated industry experience who thinks in data and systems. You need strong critical reasoning skills to diagnose issues and implement solutions, the organizational capacity to juggle competing priorities and shifting deadlines, and genuine leadership experience managing teams across varying skill levels. A matrixed organization requires comfort navigating multiple departments and stakeholders. The role also requires significant travel—up to 75% overnight, often on short notice—so logistics flexibility is essential.

Parachute offers competitive compensation, standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and genuine career growth in a startup environment moving at real speed. The position is fully remote but travel-intensive.
