About this role

Parachute is scaling rapidly across the plasma donation space, and this role sits at the operational nerve center of that growth. As Strategy and Operations Manager, you'd oversee a portfolio of centers generating $15–40 million annually, acting as the critical bridge between individual center leadership and corporate functions. The work spans process redesign, compliance monitoring, audit preparation, regulatory liaison, facilities oversight, and talent development—essentially owning operational excellence across multiple locations while the company expands from 33 to 50 centers.

This is a role for someone equally comfortable with big-picture strategy and granular problem-solving. You'll need to be data-driven, comfortable in regulated environments, and skilled at navigating a matrixed organization where you're coordinating across departments without direct authority over all of them. Strong critical reasoning and the ability to diagnose issues end-to-end are essential, as is genuine leadership experience managing teams through growth and change. The position requires significant travel—up to 75% overnight—and the ability to move quickly in a startup environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job.

The role is fully remote and based in New Orleans, with standard startup benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and company holidays. If you thrive on operational impact, have a track record in regulated industries, and are energized by hypergrowth rather than overwhelmed by it, this could be a strong fit.
