About this role

At Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions, this Clinical Supervisor role involves leading and developing a clinical team across one of the organization's treatment programs in Columbus. You'll provide day-to-day supervision to licensed therapists, social workers, and support staff; conduct chart reviews and case consultations; and ensure all clinical work meets regulatory standards, treatment protocols, and accreditation requirements. The position demands strong clinical judgment, particularly around complex and high-risk cases, and calls for someone who can balance direct supervision with broader quality improvement efforts alongside program leadership.

This role suits a clinician with at least three years of post-licensure experience and an active independent license in a behavioral health discipline—social work, psychology, counseling, or related field. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, as is familiarity with trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, and co-occurring disorders. You'll need comfort with EHR systems, a valid Ohio driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 50% depending on program needs; occasional evening or weekend hours may be required. The position reports to the Regional Director of Operations and offers a benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), paid continuing education with supervision, and eligibility for loan forgiveness programs.
