About this role

Supporting a litigation practice at a major global firm, this role demands someone comfortable managing high-stakes administrative work across multiple attorneys' calendars and cases simultaneously. You'll handle everything from court filings and compliance with local rules to client onboarding and complex travel logistics—work that requires both precision and the ability to anticipate needs before they become urgent. The position sits at the intersection of legal operations and relationship management, meaning you'll need strong judgment about what matters and when, plus the communication skills to work effectively with partners, clients, and other departments.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Denver that requires at least seven years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a professional services setting. You'll need hands-on familiarity with e-filing systems (CM/ECF, PACER, and Colorado Courts E-Filing), solid knowledge of civil procedure rules, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role calls for someone who thrives under pressure, manages competing deadlines with minimal supervision, and treats confidential information with appropriate discretion. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

The salary range is $85,000 to $105,000, with benefits including health care, retirement, paid time off, parental leave, life insurance, and performance-based bonuses. You'll report to the Legal Administrative Services Manager while taking daily direction from your assigned attorneys.
