About this role
Vintage Cash Cow's Logistics team handles pre-loved and vintage items at every stage of their journey—from customer delivery through storage, inspection, packing and dispatch. As a Warehouse Operative in Duinen, you'd be the hands-on person responsible for unloading, checking, sorting, packing and moving these often fragile, valuable and personally meaningful goods safely through the operation. The role demands precision and care: you'll inspect incoming stock, maintain accurate digital records, handle items securely between departments, and flag any damage or discrepancies promptly. It's physically active work in a busy environment, requiring consistent attention to detail and the ability to meet daily productivity targets without cutting corners on quality or safety.
Success in this role hinges on reliability, teamwork and a genuine sense of accountability for customer-owned goods. You'll work closely with colleagues across Logistics, Appraisals and Facilities to keep stock flowing smoothly, adapt to shifting priorities, and contribute ideas for improving processes and workflows. While previous warehouse or logistics experience is helpful—especially with fragile or high-value items—what matters most is your approach: a proactive mindset, willingness to learn new systems, basic IT confidence, and the ability to communicate issues clearly. You'll need to be comfortable with the physical demands of the role and flexible enough to work AM and PM shifts plus occasional Saturdays.
The position is full-time at €34,128 annually, based in Duiven, Gelderland.
