About this role

Chariot Energy, the retail energy division of Hanwha Energy USA, is building out its customer care operations in Houston and looking for someone to bridge the gap between frontline representatives and management. In this junior-level analyst role, you'd spend your days coaching customer care staff, reinforcing service standards, tracking team performance metrics, and escalating complex issues—essentially ensuring that daily operations run smoothly across multiple locations while the team stays focused on customer satisfaction and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years in customer care or contact center environments, with at least one year supporting multi-site teams. You'll need hands-on experience as a senior representative, team lead, trainer, or similar role, plus solid skills with CRM systems, workforce management tools, and Microsoft 365. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual English/Spanish capability and familiarity with ERCOT or PJM markets are pluses, as is any background with AI-enabled customer service tools or complaint resolution processes.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Houston paying between $74,000 and $85,000. It suits someone ready to step into a leadership-adjacent role without the full management title—someone who thrives on process improvement, team development, and translating operational data into actionable insights.
