You'll lead the full catalog of spa services, guide clients through their experience, and build product knowledge to make informed recommendations—all while embodying Lush's brand values around ethical sourcing, fresh cosmetics, and animal testing opposition. The role blends hands-on treatment delivery with floor engagement, community outreach, and shop operations like inventory management and merchandising standards.

This position suits someone with 1–2 years of spa or massage therapy experience who thrives in a team environment and genuinely connects with wellness and natural beauty. You'll need flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong manual dexterity, and a track record of consultation-based customer service. A formal spa therapy or massage certification is preferred, as is fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, French, or another language—and prior experience with community events or cross-cultural collaboration would strengthen your fit.
