  • Lead collaboration with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and policy partners to ensure experiences are valuable, understandable, and easy to use
  • Apply UX writing and content strategy to high-stakes moments, balancing legal and regulatory requirements with clarity and usability across player, parent, and creator experiences
  • Define and maintain content guidelines, patterns, and frameworks for safety and account experiences that support consistency in voice and tone, partnering with the Foundation Design Systems team to make them reusable
  • Communicate and document content decisions clearly, using empathy, logic, research insights, and data to inform recommendations
  • Advocate for high-quality content design and influence product direction across Accounts, mentoring peers and partners on content best practices
  • Shape team processes and ways of working, helping define how content design operates across groups
  • Identify and implement AI solutions to improve content quality and scale

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in content design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for trust and safety, identity, accounts, or other high-stakes consumer experiences
  • Strong systems thinking and a track record of designing scalable content patterns and frameworks for comprehensive, connected user experiences
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and content strategy for complex workflows such as identity verification, authentication, and account recovery
  • A track record of collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners, including product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and policy teams, and shifting product decisions through content
  • A strong drive to deeply understand product goals from both a business and user perspective, fostering a culture of learning and iteration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate content design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence design direction
