About this role

Momentic Studios is hiring a Sales Associate for STRONG, their Pilates-inspired fitness studio in Cambridge's Kendall Square. This role sits at the front lines of the business, combining membership sales, member retention, and day-to-day studio operations. You'll spend your time conducting studio tours, enrolling new members, managing leads through company software, and building relationships with both prospective and current clients—all while maintaining a welcoming studio environment.

The position calls for someone with at least a year of sales or customer service experience who thrives on relationship-building and can communicate fitness offerings with genuine enthusiasm. You'll need current CPR/AED/First Aid certification, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort with frequent physical activity like standing, walking, and spotting. The role demands active listening, integrity, adaptability, and a real passion for health and wellness—not just as a job requirement, but as something that drives your day-to-day work.

The full-time position offers $16.50 per hour plus commission eligibility, flexible scheduling, free studio access, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). If you're energized by fitness culture, skilled at converting leads into members, and looking for a role where your sales efforts directly support a community-focused brand, this could be a strong fit.
