About this role

Databricks is seeking a hands-on logistics coordinator to manage the onsite recruiting experience at their Seattle and Bellevue offices. In this six-month contract role, you'll be the operational backbone of their in-person interview process—greeting candidates, coordinating room logistics, troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, and ensuring every visitor feels supported from arrival to departure. You'll work five days a week in the office, partnering closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring teams to execute a polished, high-touch candidate experience.

The role demands someone comfortable with real-time problem-solving and detail-oriented execution. You'll need strong communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders, the ability to prioritize competing scheduling needs, and a proactive mindset for handling unexpected logistics challenges. Experience managing physical event logistics or similar coordination work would be valuable, along with the ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This contract position offers $70,000–$80,000 annually, with potential eligibility for performance bonuses and equity. It's well-suited for someone who enjoys operational work, thrives on direct candidate interaction, and wants exposure to how a major data and AI company manages talent acquisition.
