About this role
Concentric is seeking someone to build and manage strategic partnerships that advance trust and safety initiatives for a major client. Working remotely from the UK, you'll identify and engage nonprofits, advocacy groups, and subject matter experts—translating internal priorities into collaborative programs that address everything from fraud investigations to public education campaigns. This is fundamentally a relationship and program management role that requires bridging the gap between how technology companies and mission-driven organizations operate.
You'll need at least five years of experience working across sectors, particularly at the intersection of tech and the nonprofit world. The role demands strong project management skills, the ability to navigate competing priorities and operating models, and genuine comfort with ambiguity. You'll work cross-functionally with teams like Community Support and Public Policy, track impact metrics, and occasionally travel (up to 20%) to meet partners and represent the client regionally. Success here means being equally fluent in business objectives and nonprofit values, and capable of building trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
This role suits someone with a track record in strategic external engagement who understands nonprofit constraints and motivations, can manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, and thrives in dynamic environments. You must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
