About this role
BAYADA's Tucson assistive care office is looking for a registered nurse to step into a part-time clinical leadership role, working roughly 30 hours per week at $38 per hour with potential quarterly bonuses. You'd be responsible for overseeing clinical operations—conducting assessments, developing care plans, reviewing documentation for quality and compliance, and ensuring continuity of care across a team of caregivers and clients. The position sits at the intersection of direct clinical work and staff support, requiring you to coach caregivers, validate competencies, respond to changes in client condition, and partner with families and office leadership to maintain service standards.
This role suits an experienced nurse who has worked in home care, community-based settings, or similar environments and is comfortable with both clinical judgment and people management. You'll need strong organizational skills to prioritize in a fast-paced setting, proficiency with electronic documentation systems, and a genuine commitment to person-centered care. The part-time schedule and flexible hours make this a realistic option for someone seeking clinical leadership experience without a full-time commitment, though the role does require reliable local transportation to support clients and staff as needed.
