About this role

Bee's Plumbing and Heating is looking for someone who can bridge technical knowledge and sales in the Seattle market. This role combines outside consultations with homeowners, hands-on diagnosis of sewer and drain problems, and the ability to translate those findings into clear recommendations and closed deals. You'll spend time at customer locations assessing systems with camera equipment, then follow up by coordinating with field technicians and supervisors to keep jobs on track and customers informed throughout the process.

The position suits someone with proven sales drive and solid grounding in plumbing or home services—ideally with commission-based sales experience. You'll need strong communication skills to explain technical details professionally, comfort operating company vehicles and CRM software, and the ability to handle both the consultative side and the occasional customer or contractual friction that arises. Bee's offers medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, and ongoing training, with a salary range of $100,000 to $300,000 that reflects the commission structure typical of this type of role.
