About this role

At Total Recon Auto Center, this parts associate role bridges inventory management and production support for an automotive reconditioning operation. You'll receive and organize incoming parts deliveries, maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits, and ensure technicians have what they need when they need it. The position also involves tracking parts usage, coordinating with vendors on discrepancies and backorders, and communicating any supply issues to management so repair deadlines stay on track.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in parts management, warehousing, or similar inventory work—though it's not required. You'll need comfort with computer-based inventory systems and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive parts is helpful, and Tesla or EV experience is a plus. The role is listed as remote but involves physical demands including lifting up to 15 pounds and extended time at a desktop workstation.

Compensation is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour for full-time work. This is a solid fit if you're detail-oriented, enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, and want to work in the automotive sector without being a technician yourself.
