About this role
Diana Health is building a women's health practice in Springfield that combines clinical rigor with genuine work-life balance, and they're looking for a CNM to lead labor and delivery services at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. You'd manage full-scope midwifery care in the outpatient clinic—handling comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services—while also providing in-house clinical coverage and leadership on L&D. The role involves triaging emergent obstetric patients, assisting with surgical cases, and collaborating across a multidisciplinary team that includes OB/GYNs, nurses, lactation counselors, and health coaches.
The position calls for at least two years of hospital-based experience managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage, along with current AMCB certification, active Tennessee RN and APRN licenses, and BLS certification. NRP certification and additional credentials in obstetric ultrasound, fetal monitoring, or lactation are preferred but not required. You'd be joining a collaborative practice that values shared decision-making and a holistic care approach.
Diana Health backs this role with competitive compensation, relocation support, comprehensive benefits including employer-sponsored health coverage and 401(k) matching, generous PTO and paid sick time, paid parental leave, and CME funding. Notably, they guarantee no call-clinic overlap and a protected day off after call shifts—a structural commitment to preventing burnout. They also cover professional liability insurance, license renewals, and provide tail coverage at no cost when you leave.
