About this role
Diana Health is building a women's health practice in Chattanooga that prioritizes both clinical excellence and provider wellbeing, and they're looking for a CNM to join their labor and delivery team at HCA Parkridge East Hospital. You'd work full-time in a hybrid role: managing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care in the outpatient clinic while also providing in-house clinical coverage and leadership on the labor and delivery unit. This means independent clinic work alongside collaborative intrapartum care, triage of emergent obstetric patients, first assist surgical support, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
The role calls for at least two years of hospital-based intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage experience, along with current AMCB certification, active Tennessee RN and APRN licenses, and BLS certification by your start date. NRP certification is preferred but not required. Additional credentials in obstetric ultrasound, advanced fetal monitoring, or lactation consultation are valued. You'd need to thrive in a collaborative practice model, communicate effectively, and embrace shared decision-making and patient choice.
Diana Health distinguishes itself through structured work-life balance: call duties don't overlap with clinic shifts, and you get a guaranteed protected day off after call. The compensation package includes competitive pay, relocation support, comprehensive health benefits with employer contributions, 401(k) matching, generous PTO and paid sick time, paid parental leave, CME funding and dedicated learning days, professional liability coverage paid by the employer, and tail coverage at no cost. The organization emphasizes a supportive environment, continuous learning, and clinical rigor.
