About this role

Leading a sales team at Sandro's Meatpacking District location means balancing hands-on customer engagement with supervisory responsibilities. You'll mentor sales associates on styling and product knowledge, step in operationally when store management is absent, and help drive the team toward sales targets while maintaining the brand's standard for personalized luxury service. The role requires someone who can both assist clients directly—drawing on genuine passion for fashion and Parisian aesthetics—and coach others to do the same.

This position suits someone with at least a year of retail service experience and some supervisory background who's ready to grow into retail management. You'll need flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve on the fly. The compensation includes base pay, commission, and sales incentives, plus a 50% employee discount, health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave. SMCP emphasizes internal mobility and career development, so this role offers a genuine pathway forward if you're committed to the retail management track.
