About this role

At C.A. Fortune, you'd manage key client partnerships across a territory, serving as the strategic bridge between the agency's integrated commerce capabilities and top-tier brand accounts. You'll advise clients on retailer-specific goals, marketing strategy, and retail execution while identifying growth opportunities through expanded distribution, promotional activity, and revenue expansion. The work centers on building strong relationships across client organizations—from executive leadership to in-store teams—and ensuring clients meet their KPIs around sales, distribution, pricing, and promotional spend.

This role demands five or more years in consumer-packaged goods or related fields, with hands-on experience in natural distributor models and syndicated data platforms like SPINS, Nielsen, and IRI. You'll need to be comfortable presenting data-driven insights to executive audiences, coordinating sales presentations that highlight opportunity, and taking a proactive, anticipatory approach to client needs. Strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

The position is fully remote but requires local residence in Charlotte, North Carolina, with occasional travel (5–10%) for client meetings and industry events. C.A. Fortune offers competitive benefits including parental leave, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401k match, and summer flexibility, along with PTO, paid volunteer days, and bonus eligibility. Note that this is listed as a volunteer role, which may affect compensation structure or employment classification.
