About this role
Authenticx is looking for someone to translate customer conversation data into compelling narratives that drive healthcare organizations toward better business decisions. As an Insights Storyteller, you'll deliver roughly 40 workshops annually to clients, diving into both qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns and actionable findings. The role demands equal parts analytical rigor and presentation skill—you'll spend time in spreadsheets and research, then craft visually engaging PowerPoint decks and facilitate live sessions (mostly virtual, occasionally in person) where you present insights and guide clients through the implications.
This position suits someone with 3 to 5 years in a B2B customer-facing role who genuinely enjoys presenting and has experience extracting meaning from data. You should be comfortable working independently on analysis and deadlines while collaborating with colleagues on strategy, and you need to adapt readily as client needs and research topics shift. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and modern AI tools is expected, along with a willingness to deepen your knowledge of both the Authenticx platform and the healthcare landscape. The company emphasizes authenticity, courage, and a collaborative culture, with full remote flexibility for non-local candidates and comprehensive benefits including unlimited vacation.
