About this role
SeekWell's Full Stack Engineer role at The Framery sits at the intersection of backend and frontend development, requiring you to own both the APIs that power mobile and web experiences and the consumer-facing components that users interact with directly. You'll work with Python on the backend (FastAPI or Flask), Vue or similar frameworks on the frontend, and collaborate across iOS and machine learning teams to deliver features that simplify how people access vision care. The position involves the full lifecycle—from architecture decisions and design reviews through production monitoring and troubleshooting—within an agile environment.
This role suits engineers with at least three years of backend Python experience and two years of frontend work who want genuine full-stack ownership rather than siloed specialization. You'll need hands-on familiarity with AWS, MongoDB, and Redis, plus solid HTML and CSS fundamentals. The hybrid setup (one day weekly onsite in Draper, Utah) and the company's established culture around collaboration and inclusivity suggest a team-oriented environment where communication skills matter as much as technical depth.
