About this role

Fernway's Marketing Procurement & Operations Manager role sits at the intersection of supply chain management and marketing execution. You'd own the end-to-end procurement of promotional merchandise, apparel, retail displays, and branded assets—sourcing and negotiating with domestic and international suppliers, managing production timelines and inventory, and ensuring everything arrives on budget and on schedule. Equally important, you'd serve as the operational backbone of the marketing planning cycle, building project timelines, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and maintaining the systems and processes that keep the department running smoothly at scale.

This is a role for someone with at least four years of supply chain or vendor management experience who thrives on bringing structure to complex, multi-moving-part initiatives. You'll need strong Excel skills, comfort with project management platforms like ClickUp, and the ability to anticipate what teams need before they ask. The work demands equal parts problem-solving (resolving immediate roadblocks) and systems-building (creating playbooks and SOPs that make future execution easier). You should be detail-oriented, proactive in communication, and comfortable operating with consistent urgency in a collaborative environment.

Based in New York City on a hybrid schedule, the role offers a salary of $80,000–$85,000 annually, along with 13 paid holidays, up to three weeks PTO, company-sponsored health coverage, 401(k) matching, and other benefits including FSA, life insurance, and discounted gym membership.
