You translate companies challenges with regards to supply chain resilience, reporting, carbon management, product compliance, asset operations, and track and trace into concrete solution scope, including local regulatory layers.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations of the osapiens HUB adapted to the buying culture, language and procurement norms of your country. Connect to Solution-Suite SEs for deep specialist support.

- Default to being on-site: customers, partners, local events. Expect ~40–50% travel within your geography.
- Actively use relationships with local SI partners, advisory firms and industry associations relevant to osapiens’ topics, and track local regulatory developments - briefing AEs and Product on what it means for pipeline and roadmap.
- Partner closely with Account Executives on deal strategy, multi-threading and stakeholder mapping; coach AEs on value proposition talk-tracks that land in your market.
- Feed structured prospect insights back to Product Management - what we win with locally, where competitors out-position us, what we need on the roadmap to be competitive in your country.
- Mentor more junior SEs, contribute to enablement content, localized battle-cards and demo assets, and help us scale the SE function as we grow.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4+ years experience in solution engineering, presales, consulting (tech focused) or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS, with a clear majority of that time in your target country.
- Native or fully professional command of the primary business language(s) of your country, plus fluent English.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including POCs and security reviews; comfortable with deal sizes north of €250K deal size.

About this role
Osapiens is looking for a country-focused technical leader to own enterprise solution engineering across the US market. You'll be the primary technical voice in complex sustainability and supply chain deals, translating regulatory requirements and operational challenges into concrete value propositions for heads of sustainability, procurement, and IT leaders. This means deep involvement from initial discovery through proof-of-concept, tailored demonstrations that reflect local buying culture, and ownership of competitive positioning and reference accounts in your region.
The role demands someone with 4+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS presales or solution engineering experience, strong technical grounding in APIs, SAP, cloud architecture and enterprise integration, and genuine fluency in the regulatory landscape around carbon management, product compliance, and supply chain traceability. You'll need sharp business acumen to map operational pain points to ROI and deployment roadmaps that CFOs will approve, plus an existing professional network among customers, partners, and advisors. Expect roughly 40–50% travel within the US and occasional trips to the German headquarters.
This is high-ownership work: you'll mentor junior SEs, feed structured market intelligence back to product, coach account executives on value narratives that land locally, and represent osapiens at industry events and customer forums. The company values proactive, structured people who thrive under pressure, already use AI as a working tool, and want real room to shape how presales operates rather than simply execute it.
