About this role
VitalCaring Group is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver hands-on personal care to patients in their homes across the Woodward area. You'll assist with daily living activities—bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation—while maintaining a safe home environment. The role also includes taking vital signs, supporting medication self-administration, documenting care in the EMR system, and communicating observations about patient condition to the clinical team. This is a full-time, in-person position working independently with patients and collaborating with nurses and therapists as part of a broader care team.
The ideal candidate holds current HHA certification, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. You'll need to be at least 18, comfortable reading and following care plans, and able to manage your time and work autonomously. Beyond technical requirements, VitalCaring values dependability, empathy, and strong observation skills—the ability to notice and report changes in patient condition matters as much as the hands-on care itself.
VitalCaring, founded in 2021 and now operating over 100 locations nationwide, offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) matching; paid time off; and tuition reimbursement. This role suits someone drawn to direct patient care who finds purpose in supporting dignity and independence in a home-based setting.
