About this role
Leading a service team at Mytech Partners means balancing people management, client satisfaction, and operational performance across all fronts. You'll oversee service delivery, manage direct reports through coaching and development, handle HR administration, and serve as the escalation point when issues arise. The role demands someone who can run quality assurance with new clients, respond to satisfaction feedback, ensure SLA compliance, and keep the team trained and performing to standard. You'll also contribute to process improvement and own the financial health of your department—tracking profitability, utilization rates, and budget targets while reporting weekly to leadership.
This position suits someone with solid management experience who understands MSP operations and can work comfortably in ConnectWise or similar platforms. You'll need strong communication skills to translate technical issues for clients, the ability to make decisions under pressure, and genuine interest in developing your team. Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills are expected, along with knowledge of budgeting and P&L basics. ITIL Foundations certification is preferred, and you should be prepared to participate in ongoing professional development.
The role is full-time and in-office in San Antonio, with a salary range of $50,000–$80,000. Mytech provides a solid benefits package including fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, 12 vacation days in year one, 401k matching, and profit sharing.
