About this role
Gravity Global is seeking an HR Generalist to build and support the people function across its US operations as the marketing consultancy scales. Based in Denver on a hybrid arrangement, this contract role sits at the intersection of day-to-day HR delivery and strategic alignment with the global People team. You'll own the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding—while advising managers and employees on policy, performance, and workplace matters with a strong grounding in federal and state employment law.
The position demands both operational precision and genuine relationship-building skills. You'll maintain accurate HR systems and data, handle employee relations issues fairly and consistently, and translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance that feels accessible to teams across the organization. Equally important is your ability to partner with global colleagues, adapting company-wide initiatives to fit local context and bringing US insights back to shape Gravity's broader People strategy. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with 4–5 years of HR generalist experience who can stay organized under pressure, communicate clearly across levels and time zones, and balance compliance rigor with genuine empathy for the people you support.
