About this role
OneOncology's Tennessee Oncology is building out its malignant hematology program and seeking an experienced hematologist who can split time between direct patient care and clinical research. The role centers on a dedicated Multiple Myeloma Clinic and investigator work, with the chance to lead Phase 1–4 clinical trials including cellular therapy studies. You'll manage both outpatient and inpatient cases across two hospital systems (TriStar Centennial and Ascension St. Thomas) with reduced on-call duties compared to traditional practice, creating genuine protected time for research pursuits.
This position suits a board-certified physician with strong expertise in plasma cell disorders who wants clinical investigation to remain tethered to patient outcomes rather than separated from them. The practice provides access to cutting-edge technology, conference support, and CME reimbursement alongside a partnership track and uncapped compensation. You'll work alongside hematology colleagues supported by dedicated inpatient APP coverage, minimizing administrative friction.
Based in Nashville—a fast-growing metro with strong cultural and lifestyle amenities—the role offers a genuine blend of clinical medicine and research opportunity within a physician-led organization that spans multiple oncology specialties across a national network.
