Description

Linqia is the leading independent influencer marketing agency in the US. Using our AI-powered proprietary technology platform, Resonate, we work with some of the world’s leading brands, including Danone, Albertsons, Bayer, (and more!), to develop and execute creatively compelling, creator-led strategies that deliver full-funnel results.

We’re a group of smart, passionate influencer marketing experts who love working with our clients and each other. As a Linqian, you’ll be immersed in a variety of projects, gain in-depth exposure to the work shaping our industry, and learn from some of its best leaders. The first thing that you’ll notice when joining Linqia is the feeling of warmth and welcome, excitement and innovation. We believe in creating great experiences for clients, creators, and employees alike, and we want you to feel heard, valued, and like you belong.

What You’ll Do:

As our Paid Media and Measurement Strategist, you’ll turn creator content into high-performing paid media and prove its impact. You’ll own paid strategy for some of the world’s biggest brands, partner closely with our Paid Media Analysts on execution, and help clients understand not just what worked, but why.

Strategy & Client Partnership

  • Serve as the paid media and measurement lead on cross-functional client teams, translating business goals into paid social strategies that amplify creator content across platforms.
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients and agency partners, presenting recommendations, performance updates, and insights with clarity and confidence.
  • Contribute paid media strategy and learning agendas to new business pitches and proposals.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Own paid media campaigns from planning through wrap, partnering with our Paid Media Analyst team to build, launch, and optimize.
  • QA campaign builds and reporting so every launch is accurate, on-brief, and set up to succeed.
  • Use real-time performance data and ongoing testing to optimize toward client KPIs, uncovering which creators, content, and messages drive results.

Measurement & Insights

  • Design, execute, and analyze third-party measurement studies, including brand lift and sales lift.
  • Build wrap reports that tell a clear story, moving from headline results to the insights behind them and recommended next steps.
  • Turn campaign learnings into recommendations that inform creative, talent, and media strategy for future programs.

Growth & Innovation

  • Partner with Sales and Client Success to spot new revenue opportunities, measurement solutions, and ways to grow client programs.
  • Share client feedback with Product and Engineering to help shape the future of Resonate.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, new ad products, and industry trends, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What You’ll Bring:

Must Haves

  • 2-4 years of paid media experience, with at least 1-2 years focused on paid social at an agency or brand.
  • Hands-on experience planning and optimizing campaigns on Meta and TikTok, plus familiarity with platforms like Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, or programmatic.
  • A strong analytical foundation. You’re comfortable digging into performance data, connecting results to business outcomes, and turning numbers into a story.
  • Experience presenting strategy and results to clients or senior stakeholders, and the confidence to make a recommendation and stand behind it.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a QA mindset. You catch the small things before they become big things.
  • Experience guiding the work of others, whether that’s directing analysts, reviewing builds, or mentoring teammates.
  • A sense of ownership and follow-through. You raise risks early and see problems through to resolution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment. You can juggle multiple campaigns and priorities without losing quality.

Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience amplifying creator or influencer content through paid formats like Partnership Ads or Spark Ads.
    • Exposure to third-party measurement such as brand lift or sales lift studies.
    • Experience contributing to new business pitches or proposals.
    • A genuine love of social, creators, and the culture that moves at the speed of the feed.

About this role

Linqia is looking for someone to bridge paid media strategy and measurement in influencer marketing—taking creator content and turning it into performing campaigns while proving their impact to major brands like Danone and Albertsons. You'd own paid strategy end-to-end, working across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, partnering closely with analysts to build, launch, and optimize campaigns in real time. The role demands equal comfort with both the creative and analytical sides: designing measurement studies, building reports that connect performance to business outcomes, and translating learnings into actionable recommendations for future work.

This role suits someone with 2-4 years of paid media experience, ideally with at least a year or two focused on paid social at an agency or brand. You'll need hands-on campaign planning and optimization skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to present strategy and results with confidence to clients and stakeholders. The work is fast-moving and requires juggling multiple priorities while maintaining sharp attention to detail—you'll catch problems early and see them through to resolution.

Beyond the core skills, the role values someone who genuinely engages with social culture and creator content, and who can spot growth opportunities by partnering with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Engineering. If you thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and want to deepen expertise in influencer marketing specifically, this San Francisco-based in-office position offers real exposure to how the industry works at scale.
