About this role

Hydrite's Set Up Operator role centers on material handling and logistics within their Oshkosh manufacturing facility. You'll operate forklifts to move materials and finished products throughout the plant, stage and prepare containers for production, manage trailer loading and unloading, and maintain inventory records using computer systems. The work demands physical capability—lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and operating equipment in a warehouse environment that can reach 100°F—along with basic computer literacy and clear communication skills to coordinate with your Production Supervisor and team members.

The position offers flexibility across two shifts: 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2pm–10:30pm) with a $1 differential, or 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10pm–6:30am) with a $1.50 differential. Hydrite backs the role with solid benefits including up to 10% retirement contribution, two weeks of starting paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage from day one, and a $600 annual wellness incentive. The company emphasizes safety, quality, and operational efficiency, so success here means following standard procedures closely, maintaining clean work areas, and taking ownership of inventory accuracy and material flow.

This role suits someone comfortable with hands-on warehouse work, reliable enough for consistent shift schedules, and detail-oriented about data entry and compliance. You'll need a valid driver's license and must meet DOT vision standards; contact lenses are not permitted due to safety protocols.
