Position Overview
The VSP Scheduler coordinates Annual Health Care Review appointments between Ennoble Care patients and our Virtual Supervising Physicians. These reviews are offered only to Medicare patients. During each review, the physician goes over the patient's current medications, existing health conditions, and any new concerns, so that care stays aligned with the patient's current needs.

- Manage calendars: Keep physician calendars organized and up to date across multiple states.
- Send reminders and follow-ups: Make confirmation and reminder calls, and follow up with patients who miss or don't confirm their appointment.
- Handle reschedules and cancellations: Rebook visits when a patient or physician becomes unavailable, and communicate the changes quickly.
- Keep records accurate: Enter scheduling and contact information correctly in the EMR or scheduling system.
- Protect patient privacy: Handle all patient information in line with HIPAA and Ennoble Care's confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate with the team: Work with physicians, clinical staff, and fellow schedulers to keep the process running smoothly and support a positive patient experience.

About this role
Ennoble Care's Virtual Supervising Physician Scheduler role centers on coordinating telehealth appointments between Medicare patients across seven states and the physicians who conduct their annual health reviews. You'll be the point of contact managing the full scheduling lifecycle—from initial patient calls to confirming visit details, handling time zones across Eastern and Central regions, and following up on no-shows. The work requires strong organizational skills, clear phone communication especially with older or less tech-savvy patients, and the ability to juggle a high volume of calls while keeping meticulous records in compliance with HIPAA.
Success in this position means ensuring patients actually show up to their appointments through thoughtful confirmations and reminders, maintaining accurate records without errors, and helping eligible patients access the continuity of care they need. You'll collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to keep operations smooth. Prior experience in medical scheduling, a call center, or patient-facing roles is preferred but not required—what matters most is reliability, empathy, and comfort with scheduling systems and basic computer skills.
The role is full-time and remote-based from Ennoble Care's Marlton, New Jersey office, paying $18–$20 per hour with standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
