About this role
Ennoble Care operates a mobile primary care and palliative care service across multiple states, and this part-time role would have you providing in-home care to homebound and palliative patients in the Chickasha area. You'd work under physician supervision, managing a panel of patients with chronic conditions, performing assessments, developing treatment plans, ordering diagnostics, and prescribing medications. The position offers genuine autonomy within a supportive clinical structure—you'd coordinate with office and operations staff, but the flexibility to set your own schedule is built in.
The role expects board certification as an NP or PA in Oklahoma and at least one to two years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience is preferred but not required. You'll need strong clinical judgment, solid people skills, and the confidence to problem-solve independently while managing a diverse patient population. The $130,000 annual salary reflects a full-time equivalent, though this is explicitly a part-time position.
Beyond compensation, full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision coverage plus disability and life insurance options, paid time off, and paid sick time. All staff get a 401(k) with company match and access to Payactiv for on-demand pay. This is a good fit if you're an experienced advanced provider looking to work flexibly in home-based primary and palliative care without the constraints of a traditional clinic schedule.
