About this role
The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is looking for a family law attorney ready to focus on litigation and client advocacy rather than business development and administrative overhead. You'll lead contested divorces, complex custody cases, and protective orders from intake through trial across Harris County and surrounding courts, handling depositions, mediations, and first-chair courtroom work. This role requires a minimum of two years of Texas family law litigation experience and an active Texas bar license. You should be comfortable managing a substantial docket under pressure, with strong organizational skills and courtroom presence. Proficiency in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and e-filing systems is expected. Bilingual capability is a plus.
