Retail Merchandiser

Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a self-directed Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain in-store advertising displays—including Instant Coupon Machines, shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads—across retail locations throughout Las Vegas and Northeast Las Vegas. This part-time role averages 20–25 hours per week with flexible scheduling, making it suitable for someone who values autonomy in managing their own time. You'll work independently across a defined territory, so reliability, a valid driver's license, and a dependable personal vehicle are essential (with some flexibility for alternative transportation depending on assignment).

The work is hands-on and detail-oriented. You'll be responsible for the physical installation and upkeep of merchandising materials, which requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive bending and stretching. Strong organizational skills, attention to quality, and professional customer service are important, as you'll interact with retail partners and maintain standards across multiple locations. The position includes paid training, gas reimbursement, and competitive pay. You'll need access to a computer, internet, and printer, and must be at least 18 years old with authorization to work in the U.S.
