Qualifications for a private duty [RN/LPN]:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care's private duty nursing role offers something distinctly different from traditional home health: you'd provide overnight shift care to a single tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent client, building a sustained relationship rather than rotating between multiple patients. This is hands-on, one-on-one skilled nursing with the stability of consistent assignment and traditional 8- or 12-hour shifts.
The position requires a current Pennsylvania LPN license and completion of an accredited nursing program. You'll work full-time from the Glenolden area at $36 per hour with weekly Thursday pay, flexible scheduling around your availability, and a $1,200 referral bonus.
