About this role
Landisville Animal Hospital is looking for an operations leader to take the helm of their growing practice—someone who can build systems, strengthen team performance, and drive financial results without necessarily needing veterinary background. If you have three or more years of management experience in healthcare, hospitality, multi-unit service, or similar fields, this role offers the chance to apply those skills in a collaborative environment where you'll partner closely with the Medical Director and Hospital Manager to align clinical excellence with business performance.
The position centers on the full spectrum of practice operations: staffing, scheduling, budgeting, KPI tracking, workflow optimization, and culture-building. You'll be expected to identify process gaps, implement scalable solutions, and hold the team accountable to clear expectations while coaching individuals toward higher performance. This is fundamentally a leadership role for someone who thrives on creating structure and measurable operational impact, not a day-to-day clinical position.
The salary range is $75,000–$85,000 annually, with standard benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, employee discounts, and training support. The role is full-time and in-office in Landisville, Pennsylvania. This would suit a change agent comfortable working in a healthcare-adjacent environment who wants to prove operational leadership in a setting where their systems-building and people skills directly shape both profitability and workplace culture.
