About us:
Axiomatic AI is building a new class of AI systems designed to reason with the rigor of the scientific method. By combining deep learning with formal logic and physics-based modeling, we create verifiable, interpretable AI systems that collaborate with and support human researchers in high-stakes scientific and engineering workflows.
Our mission, 30×30, is to deliver a 30× improvement in the speed, accessibility, and cost of semiconductor and photonic hardware development by 2030.
We aim to revolutionize hardware design and simulation in these industries and are building a team of highly motivated professionals to bring these innovations from research into commercial products.
Position Overview
Axiomatic AI is hiring a Marketing & Events Specialist to support marketing execution across events, conferences, and content.
This is an execution-focused role: you will work across event logistics, marketing materials, advertising, and content — carrying out programs and producing assets with direction from leadership. You are a strong fit if you are comfortable working independently, moving quickly, and juggling multiple workstreams without dropping the detail.
Experience marketing to technical or enterprise audiences is a plus, particularly in photonics, semiconductors, or adjacent hardware industries.
Your mission
- Enterprise & technical marketing: Support marketing execution for enterprise and technical audiences — help produce and deliver programs that reach engineering, procurement, and executive buyers in photonics, semiconductor, and hardware-adjacent markets.
- Event planning: Support Axiomatic AI's presence at industry trade shows and conferences (e.g. SPIE Photonics West, OFC, SEMICON West, CES, ECOC, and similar) — coordinating logistics, booth production, collateral, staffing, and post-event reporting — plus customer events, webinars, and internal events.
- Advertising: Help plan and execute advertising campaigns across print (trade publications) and online/digital channels, tracking performance and flagging optimisation opportunities.
- Social media: Support Axiomatic AI's social media presence (LinkedIn as the primary B2B channel, plus other relevant platforms), including contributing to the content calendar, preparing posts, and supporting community engagement.
- Marketing analytics: Track and analyse campaign, event, website, and channel performance; turn data into clear recommendations on what to improve, scale, or stop.
- SEO: Support SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, content optimisation, website performance tracking, and identification of organic growth opportunities.
- Brand support: Help maintain Axiomatic AI's brand identity and guidelines, ensuring consistency across collateral, events, and social.
- Content & collateral: Produce and format sales enablement materials — case studies, data sheets, presentations, visit cards, flyers, booth assets, and event collateral — in close partnership with sales and product teams.
- Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with business development, product, and engineering leadership to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect the product and speak to enterprise buyers.
- Budget support: Help track the marketing budget for events and programmes, flagging variances and supporting spend decisions with data.
Key requirements
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, including exposure to enterprise or technical audiences — ideally in photonics, semiconductor, or a hardware-adjacent industry.
- Practical experience with marketing analytics, including campaign, website, channel, and event performance measurement. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, including keyword research, content optimisation, and organic performance tracking.
- Hands-on event coordination experience, ideally including industry trade shows or technical conferences (logistics, vendor management, collateral, staffing).
- Experience supporting or executing advertising campaigns across print and digital channels.
- Practical experience with social media for a B2B or technical audience — content preparation and scheduling.
- Comfortable producing and formatting marketing collateral and assets using design tools (Canva at minimum; Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus).
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and/or Google Slides for deck production and formatting.
- Self-starter mindset, with the ability to take initiative and operate with significant day-to-day autonomy and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail across multiple simultaneous events and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate a brief into polished output for a technical, enterprise audience.
- Willingness to travel for events, including some international travel.
Nice to have
- Direct experience marketing photonics, optics, semiconductor capital equipment, or similar deep-tech hardware.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Graphic design skills or hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Canva for producing or briefing creative assets.

About this role
Axiomatic AI is looking for someone to own the execution side of marketing for a deep-tech AI company focused on semiconductor and photonic hardware design. You'll juggle event logistics, advertising, social media, SEO, analytics, and collateral production across enterprise and technical audiences—working largely independently with direction from leadership. The role spans industry trade shows (SEMICON, SPIE Photonics West, OFC), digital campaigns, content calendars, and data-driven optimization across multiple channels.
This is a strong fit if you have 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience with technical or enterprise buyers, plus practical chops in event coordination, analytics, SEO, and campaign execution. You'll need to be comfortable with design tools (Canva minimum, Adobe a plus), PowerPoint, and translating briefs into polished materials for engineering and procurement audiences. Prior experience in photonics, semiconductors, or hardware is valuable but not required; what matters more is the ability to move fast, own multiple workstreams without losing detail, and turn data into clear recommendations.
The role is based in Boston and requires in-office work, plus travel to industry conferences. You'll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure marketing materials reflect the product accurately and resonate with enterprise buyers. Compensation is competitive, with stock options, access to industry conferences, and the chance to work alongside experts in AI, physics, and hardware design.
