Pay Range: $16-18/hour
BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
- Minimum one year work experience
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License
- BLS Certified CPR
- Level II Background Check

- Light housekeeping

- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides for private duty work across the Orlando area, including Doctor Phillips, Windermere, Lake Nona, and Downtown. You'd provide direct personal care to clients in their homes—assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers using mechanical lifts, vital sign monitoring, medication reminders, and meal preparation.
