About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring full-time Licensed Nurse Aides to deliver hospice care across three New Hampshire counties. You'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, handling personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, and toileting alongside vital sign monitoring and light housekeeping. The role emphasizes flexibility—you'll have input on scheduling and work near your home when possible, with mileage reimbursement at $0.59 per mile on top of the $24–26 hourly rate.
To qualify, you'll need an active LNA license on the NH Aide Registry, at least one year of prior work experience, and the ability to pass BAYADA's competency evaluation and background check. You should be comfortable working as part of a care team and able to communicate clearly in English. The position comes with paid time off, medical and dental coverage, a 401k match, and 24/7 clinical manager support—essentials for hospice work where reliable transportation and emotional resilience matter as much as clinical skills.
