About this role
Southwind's 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise is looking for someone who can sell and work outdoors simultaneously. You'll meet customers at job sites, quote junk removal services on the spot, close sales, and then physically help complete the work—lifting and loading items into trucks as part of a team. The role combines face-to-face sales with active labor, so it suits people who want to stay moving rather than sit in an office or warehouse.
The compensation structure ties directly to performance: you'll earn a base of $13/hour plus profit share and tips, averaging $21–$24/hour depending on your sales success. Southwind promotes from within quickly, with advancement into leadership possible within two to three months.
