About this role
Parsley Health's NYC clinic is looking for a certified phlebotomist to work three mornings a week (Tuesday–Thursday, 7:30 am–11:30 am) in a high-touch wellness environment focused on chronic disease management. Beyond standard venipuncture and specimen handling, this role bridges clinical and operational work—you'll manage lab inventory, coordinate specimen shipments, support clinic workflows, and contribute to patient experience initiatives. The position suits someone who is both technically skilled at phlebotomy and comfortable with the varied demands of a growing healthcare organization.
You'll need current CPT certification and at least two years of phlebotomy experience, ideally in a high-volume or wellness setting. Familiarity with EMR systems and some background in clinic operations or healthcare administration are expected. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask independently, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision. You'll interact directly with patients, document in the EMR, and coordinate with the care team.
Compensation is $28–35 per hour based on experience. Benefits include 401(k) with employer matching, complimentary Parsley Health membership, product discounts, and paid time off. Occasional flexibility for extended hours or coverage may be needed.
