Social Worker- Home Hospice
Part Time 0.5
Day Shift (Tues/Wed 8-5, Fri 1/2 day)
Every 5th weekend and 2 holidays per year
This role works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team to provide social work interventions, education, counseling and support services to address the identified psychosocial needs of patients and caregivers. MSW required, LSW or LCSW must be obtained within two years from date of hire. This position covers the greater Harrisburg area. Must be able to complete 4 - 5 weeks of a FT, day shift orientation.

Hospice of Central PA is seeking a licensed social worker to join its home hospice team in the greater Harrisburg area on a part-time basis.
