About this role
Formlabs manufactures the 3D printing technology used by companies like Apple, Tesla, and NASA, and this Packaging Specialist role supports that mission by handling the preparation and distribution of engineered resins for photochemistry applications. You'll work on the production floor in Perrysburg performing hands-on tasks: labeling cartridges, pouring resins from mixing tanks, bagging and boxing products, and preparing shipments for palletizing. The role requires strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards, along with careful quality control documentation.
This position suits someone reliable and self-directed who can work independently while maintaining strong communication with colleagues across the plant. You'll need to be comfortable standing and working extended shifts in a manufacturing environment with machinery noise, temperature fluctuations, and particulate exposure. Beyond executing core tasks, you're expected to identify process improvements and troubleshoot issues that affect fulfillment operations.
Formlabs offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k match of up to 3% after one year, and subsidized lunch three days weekly. The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent and values attendance and organizational skills above all.
